IT Security Specialist (m/f/d)

- You are co-responsible for the smooth operation of the IT security infrastructure
- You take care of the containment and resolution of disruptions in operational operations as well as the 2nd and 3rd level support including ticket triage
- Your tasks also include active communication with customers and internal teams as well as maintenance and updating of documentation
- You monitor the systems proactively, perform maintenance work and are prepared for on-call duties or deployments outside regular working hours
Qualifications:
- You have completed a technical education, ideally in computer science, and have experience in operating IT security infrastructures
- Your knowledge covers at least two of the areas firewall, web application firewall, remote access, IDS/IPS, web proxy, PKI, mail relay, DNS or DHCP
- Knowledge of ticket and monitoring systems as well as experience with larger infrastructures (preferably at a provider) is a plus
- You are a responsible individual with strong communication skills and an impeccable reputation
- You are enthusiastic about new technologies and enjoy further training
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
