Senior Full Stack Developer / DevOps Engineer

Your Tasks

• Platform Operation: You ensure the further development and operation of the platform based on Dapr, containers, and Kubernetes and expand error and edge case handling for a robust application.
• Frontend & Integration: You further develop the React frontend for integration into the online portal for citizens and implement the connection to the CMI business management system.
• CI/CD & Secure In-House Operation: You drive the development of the CI/CD pipeline and create the basis for secure in-house operation with CI/CD sovereignty and HashiCorp Vault Auto-Unseal.
• Operational Takeover: You support the professional takeover of the application from external suppliers to in-house operation, including acceptance processes and knowledge transfer, ensuring a stable, high-quality operation.
• Requirements & Security: You analyse, structure, and prioritise requirements from various stakeholders, develop sustainable solution concepts, and coordinate releases and changes. As a link between departments and development, you also implement measures from Tenable scans and penetration tests.

Our Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior DevOps or Full Stack Engineer with solid practice in React and C# as well as in operating container and Kubernetes environments; knowledge of Dapr or comparable microservice runtimes is an advantage
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines for containerised applications, for example with Azure DevOps, as well as in REST API integrations
• Practical experience in the takeover and migration of applications from external suppliers to in-house operation, combined with a strong operational understanding and hands-on mentality
• High security awareness and careful handling of sensitive personal data and confidential documents
• Professional appearance towards external partners and enjoyment in sharing and building knowledge within the team
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Advantageous: Experience in public administration or regulated industries, with document or case management systems such as CMI, as well as knowledge of eCH standards and requirements for digital delivery
