Planning and realisation of extensive initiatives with responsibility for their successful completion.
Establishing suitable project structures and coordinating employees, partners, and subject matter experts.
Preparation of business needs, interfaces, and solution approaches up to the execution of acceptance tests.
Establishing reliable quality and progress control including HERMES-compliant documentation.
Fostering constructive collaboration with clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Completed degree or advanced professional training in IT, business, or project management.
Proven track record in project work, business analysis, or requirements engineering with strong customer orientation.
Confident handling of structured process models and techniques such as BPMN, UML, and user stories.
Experience with agile working methods is a plus; quick comprehension and solution-oriented thinking are also important.
Independent, reliable personality with enthusiasm for presentations, workshops, and direct exchange, as well as very good German language skills.
