IT Systems Operations and Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF82,000 - 98,000Role:
In this role, you take on professional IT systems operations and ensure that stable, future-oriented, and individually suitable IT solutions are reliably available. You are responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimising existing systems and ensuring that all components work together smoothly. You analyse and resolve faults efficiently, support users in daily IT support, and ensure a high level of service quality. You apply your expertise to implement technical requirements precisely and design sustainable solutions. With your structured and confidential approach, you contribute to continuously developing a professional and secure IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- You support SME clients in all matters concerning client, server, network, and internet solutions.
- You install, configure, and operate IT systems as well as security solutions at clients’ sites.
- You implement and operate Microsoft 365 and other cloud solutions for various client environments.
- In this role, you plan and accompany migration projects from on-premise to cloud environments.
- As an IT Systems Operations and Support Specialist, you handle support tasks on-site, electronically, and by phone.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Very good practical experience with Microsoft technologies (server, client, Office, Microsoft 365)
- Experience with virtualisation solutions, ideally with Hyper-V
- Sound knowledge of network topics such as internet, firewall, VPN, and VLAN
- Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of English
- Solution-oriented, independent, and customer-focused working style as well as a category B driving licence
