IT Support & System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
For a versatile IT environment, a committed individual is sought who supports customers with technical concerns and ensures the stable operation of modern client and server environments. The position combines 1st and 2nd level support with system administration, installations, and on-site customer assignments.
In addition to daily support, you will take responsibility for the technical infrastructure and accompany hardware and software implementations. An independent working style and strong customer orientation are central.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of 1st and 2nd level support requests by phone, email, and partly on-site
Ensuring the reliable operation of client and server infrastructures
Installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware and software
Carrying out technical assignments and support work directly at customers’ premises
Analysis and resolution of faults in Windows-based system environments
Ensuring high service and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification
Professional experience in ICT support, as a system administrator, or in a similar role
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies as well as Windows 10/11
Experience with VMware; knowledge of Exchange, Microsoft 365, MDM/EMM, backup, and networks is an advantage
Very good German skills and good English skills
