Decoration / Beading Operator (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Beading Operator (M/F) for a temporary 3-month assignment.

Your future responsibilities:

• You will carry out beading on watch parts.
• You will ensure the start-up, adjustment and production on machines.
• You will perform self-inspection of the produced parts.
• You will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile:

• You have at least one year of experience in a similar role and/or within a watch decoration workshop.
• You are proficient in reading plans and using measuring tools.
• You have excellent dexterity and can maintain the required pace.
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
