Together with the professional leadership and occasionally supported by the Talent Factory, you accompany young talents on their training path and create a working environment that fosters trust, diversity, and personal responsibility. You work at the interface of People Development and IT training, bring agile principles into implementation, and actively participate in the transformation. At the same time, you continuously develop yourself in coaching, leadership, and change management. Benefits such as free GA, discounted travel abroad – also for the family – can be found on our website under Benefits.
What you can achieve.
- You take on the personnel leadership of employees and trainees in the IT sourcing environment and ensure, together with the professional leadership, the performance and health of the work organisation.
- As a central contact and trusted person, you proactively coach employees on personal and developmental matters and ensure compliance with clear leadership processes.
- Together with IT management and HR, you ensure the correct application of compliance and HR processes for employees and trainees.
- With your understanding of agile principles, you anchor the operating model in the organisation and visibly drive the transformation forward.
- By fostering a culture based on trust and diversity, you enable autonomous decisions as well as a constructive-critical dialogue with a lived feedback culture.
- In the role of vocational trainer, you recruit, accompany, and coach trainees in various IT training profiles, conduct site discussions, and jointly define individual development paths.
What you bring with you.
- Proven leadership experience in demanding situations with employees and young people as well as strong cooperation and conflict resolution skills are central in this role.
- Experience in supporting people and organisations in continuous transformation and confident handling of unclear or changing conditions will help you in this role.
- As a People Leader, you enjoy working with young people in training and are motivated to develop their potential.
- You are an empathetic and reflective personality with very strong communication skills who inspires different people towards common goals.
- Basic or further training in leadership, coaching, team dynamics, or a comparable field as well as a strong affinity and interest in IT complete your profile.
- Very good German (C1) as well as English skills (B2) in spoken and written form are required.
