Role:
For a versatile position in technical internal service, an organised specialist is sought. The area of responsibility includes supporting operational processes, material and inventory management, administrative tasks as well as assisting in the optimisation of technical processes and work preparation. A qualified person with a technical or logistical background and organisational skills is sought.
Responsibilities:
Support of site management as well as construction and assembly management in administrative and organisational tasks
Responsibility for material and inventory management including vehicle, machine and tool administration
Maintenance of the ERP system as well as creation and updating of work preparation documents, reports and statistics
Organisation and coordination of materials, testing equipment, training and internal processes
Assistance in the standardisation of technical processes as well as support in network and plant construction projects during bottleneck situations
Qualifications:
Completed training in the commercial, logistical or technical field (e.g. network electrician or network specialist)
Experience in work preparation, material management or technical administration
Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office 365
Experience in organisation and coordination of technical processes
Very good German language skills spoken and written
