ZENBU is our sushi brand for retail and has been delighting customers since 2018 with daily fresh sushi, sashimi, soups, and hot dishes. In selected Coop branches, ZENBU brings a modern, diverse product range directly into everyday life for all sushi lovers.

Responsibilities
- Production of sushi, sashimi, and soups in front of guests at our sushi islands in Coop supermarkets
- Guest-oriented working approach including providing information about the general offer, including allergen labelling and daily specials
- Team-oriented collaboration with the Zenbu team
- Co-responsibility for orders, goods receipt, opening, closing, and inventory management
- Ensuring consistently high quality of the dishes
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen
Requirements
- Passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment in guest contact
- Career changers are welcome
- Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- German language skills at A2 level, English skills advantageous
