Responsibilities:
Planning, operation and continuous optimisation of modern Microsoft platforms
Responsibility for hybrid cloud infrastructures with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
Ensuring stable and secure operation of workplace, network and server systems
Handling technical challenges in 2nd and 3rd level support
Introduction and further development of modern endpoint management and cloud solutions
Automation of recurring processes using PowerShell, Intune and cloud services
Analysis of complex system landscapes and development of long-term optimisation strategies
Participation in demanding projects around cloud transformation, modern workplace, security and digitalisation
Technical consulting of internal stakeholders and active shaping of future IT architectures
Periodic assignments at different company locations
Qualifications:
IT training or comparable technical qualification
Several years of experience as a system engineer or Microsoft infrastructure specialist
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Windows 11
Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, endpoint management or hybrid cloud environments
Good knowledge of network and infrastructure technologies
Analytical thinking and enjoyment of complex technical challenges
Independent, quality-conscious and solution-oriented working style
Interest in modern technologies such as cloud computing, zero trust, automation and infrastructure as code
