Employee: Hospitality Service

The Directorate of Real Estate and Operations shapes the hospital infrastructure of the future and is responsible for operational services around the hospital. The hospitality department ensures the gastronomic well-being of patients, employees, and visitors. The staff of patient hospitality are the central contacts 7 days a week for all non-medical needs of patients, focusing on food & drink. Be the host in the care ward!

What to expect

• Individual advice to patients on menu and drink selection
• Ordering meals using the electronic menu selection system Logimen
• Serving meals and drinks
• Close cooperation with the nursing & cleaning interfaces
• Adherence to quality and hygiene standards
• Early shift 07:00 to 15:15 and late shift 11:30 to 20:00, two weekends off per month

What you bring

• Training in hospitality / gastronomy or professional experience in a similar role
• Very good spoken German skills, any additional language is an advantage
• Good PC skills
• Host mentality
• Overview in hectic situations
