BIM Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a BIM Specialist: Building Services Engineering for the digital planning and coordination of demanding construction and building services engineering projects. You will take on central tasks in BIM management and BIM coordination, review specialist models and further develop company-wide standards and digital planning processes. The technical focus is on HVAC/HLKKSE systems, Autodesk Revit, Solibri and model-based coordination. Additionally, you will support and train internal project teams and actively drive the standardisation of efficient BIM workflows.
Responsibilities:
Support of demanding construction and building services engineering projects as BIM manager or BIM coordinator
Creation, maintenance and further development of BIM guidelines, standards, templates and process documentation
Review and quality assurance of BIM and specialist models with regard to modelling guidelines and project requirements
Coordination of specialist models from heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary and electrical
Conducting and moderating BIM and model coordination meetings with internal and external specialist planners
Execution of clash detection and model checks as well as coordination of resulting tasks
Creation and further development of Revit models and model-based calculation bases
Development of efficient BIM workflows and digital interfaces between the involved planning disciplines
Ensuring uniform data, model and information quality within projects
Professional Revit support and coaching for internal project staff
Design and delivery of internal BIM and Revit training sessions and specialist presentations
Participation in the continuous digitalisation and standardisation of planning processes
Qualifications:
Training as a draftsperson EFZ, building services engineer EFZ with appropriate further training, technician HF construction planning or degree in engineering FH/university
Several years of professional experience in BIM coordination, BIM management or model-based specialist planning
Very good user knowledge of Autodesk Revit
Practical experience with Solibri and ArchiCAD as well as model-based quality assurance is an advantage
Technical understanding of building services engineering / HVAC or HLKKSE and interdisciplinary planning processes
Knowledge of BIM guidelines, model checks, coordination processes and data standards
Very good German language skills for project coordination, training and technical documentation
