Do you have solid experience in cleaning and team supervision? Do you want to develop in a regulated industrial environment where quality, rigour and organisation are essential? Then this position might be made for you!
What awaits you
- Management, supervision and training of the cleaning team (around 35 employees)
- Ensure GMP compliance of cleaning operations
- Manage the operational organisation of cleaning
- Plan and coordinate cleanings (scheduled cleanings, deep cleans, client requests)
- Control the compliance of GMP documentation
- Management of machines, tools, equipment and consumables
- Propose service improvements
- Coordinate the execution of special cleanings (windows, facades, exteriors, end of construction…)
- Ensure the quality of cleanings (client quality controls, self-checks)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental rules in the execution of services
What you bring
- Cleaning CFC / cleaning agent or equivalent qualification
- Significant experience in GMP cleaning (good manufacturing practices)
- Knowledge of cleanrooms and "ultra-clean" cleaning
- 3 to 5 years experience in a regulated industrial environment
- Several years of experience as a cleaning team leader
- Very good command of spoken and written French
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Driving licence
- Sense of responsibility and client-oriented
- Autonomy, flexibility, rigour, organisation, self-reliant
- Strong team spirit
- Healthy and transparent communication
- Values (cohesion, honesty, entrepreneurial spirit, responsibility, quality)
- Monday to Friday (presence 3x/week until 9pm for evening team supervision)
- Occasional weekends for team supervision
