Senior Full Stack and Front-End Java Developer Analyst - IT Distribution Marketing

Your main responsibilities:

• Design the application architecture and make technical decisions (segmentation, API, security, overall coherence).
• Develop full stack: services and REST APIs in Java / Spring Boot, interfaces in Angular, front/back integration.
• Manage quality: code reviews, TDD, best practices, quality gates, reduction of technical debt.
• Industrialise delivery: CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and deployments on multiple environments.
• Technically lead the team: mentoring, onboarding, facilitating technical rituals, increasing developers' autonomy.
• Secure production: deployments, monitoring, incident management and prevention.
• Communicate with business and stakeholders (Product Owner, partner teams) to translate needs into technical solutions.

Your profile:

• 7 years or more experience in Java development, including initial experience as a technical lead or referent.
• Strong mastery of Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem (REST API, security, persistence).
• Good command of Angular and modern front-end development (TypeScript, RxJS, reusable components).
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitLab) and Docker.
• OpenShift / Kubernetes and advanced DevOps culture (Infrastructure as Code, observability).
• Comfortable with relational databases and SQL optimisation.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum, code reviews and quality best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and upskill developers.
