Due to a departure, we are recruiting a:
Multi-site Caretaker (100%) Permanent Contract

Salary scale: 4 (this scale applies to validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at scale -1)

Location: Multi-sites (Yverdon-les-Bains, Montagny near Yverdon.)
Start date: ideally 1 November 2026

What you bring to our mission

You ensure the upkeep, cleanliness and maintenance of premises and buildings, notably contributing to cleaning and tidying common areas, both indoors and outdoors.

Your key responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor spaces, ensure maintenance of installations and follow up on breakdowns.

• Organise sorting, recycling and waste management.

• Carry out various administrative tasks, manage orders and monitor stocks of cleaning products.

• Perform periodic checks, notably regarding fire protection.

• Maintain good relations with partners, neighbours and collaborators, and respond to requests by directing them if necessary.

• Ensure the circulation of useful information to all professions, in connection with the hierarchy.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an operations agent or in a technical field relevant to the role

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical building management

• Driving licence, category B

• Experience in stock and order management.

• Basic knowledge of safety (notably fire safety).

• Ability to work independently, organisational skills and versatility.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.

• Good command of French (spoken and written), and computer tools.
