Production Controller (m/f/d)

Role:
You don’t want to do controlling just at the desk but work close to the operational business? In this role, you connect numbers, processes and operational workflows. You analyse costs and results, accompany planning and create a reliable basis for entrepreneurial decisions with your evaluations. At the same time, you can actively further develop processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
You create business management reports and prepare relevant information for management
You analyse sales, costs and results and investigate deviations thoroughly
You coordinate and accompany the budget and planning process
You ensure a causation-based cost accounting and further develop it
You prepare key figures and evaluations for various company departments
You work closely with the operational specialist departments and support them with financial questions
You optimise controlling processes and further develop existing reporting structures
You accompany the further development of ERP systems and digital controlling solutions
You participate in cross-departmental projects and take on your own areas of responsibility
Qualifications:
You have a higher education in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable further education
You bring initial to several years of experience in controlling
You are very proficient in Excel and have good user knowledge of ERP systems
You communicate confidently in German
