- You bring people, machines, and processes into harmony - and are right in the thick of it, not just on the sidelines.
- Disruptions are not a problem for you, but an opportunity: you tackle them systematically and find sustainable solutions.
- You make improvements visible and actively drive them forward - whether through shopfloor boards, POKA, or your own initiative.
What you bring with you
- You are flexible, hands-on, and remain confident even in a dynamic 3-shift operation - new tools like MES or SAP do not deter you.
- You know production from your own experience - as a certified machine operator EFZ or food technologist EFZ.
- The food industry is your home - ideally, you even bring experience in the dairy sector.
- You think and act technically: you understand what is behind equipment (e.g. pneumatics, sensors, motors), recognise connections, and are able not only to fix disruptions but truly understand them.
- You lead people with clarity and respect and create an environment where collaboration works.
