Technical Support Engineer Video & Security Systems (m/f/d)

Role:
Our client specialises in professional security and surveillance systems, combining modern technology with reliable service. In this role, you support internal teams with the technical maintenance of video security and management solutions and contribute to the introduction of new products. You create comprehensible operational concepts, coordinate technical matters with various departments, and ensure that knowledge is purposefully shared within the organisation. You can expect varied tasks at the interface of system technology, support, and product management.
Responsibilities:
Support internal sales and project teams with technical questions regarding security applications
Assist in the testing, evaluation, and introduction of own systems as well as supplementary products
Develop and update technical documentation and operational concepts
Coordinate technical requirements with product management and 2nd-level support
Support the analysis and resolution of system-technical challenges
Prepare and conduct internal staff training sessions
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ; further training in ICT system technology is desirable
Several years of experience in system and client engineering
Very good knowledge of Microsoft architectures and their use in a corporate environment
Independent, structured, and careful working style
Customer-oriented manner and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Communicative and proactive personality with strong mediation skills
Very good German and French skills as well as good English skills are an advantage
