Administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment as well as the local IT infrastructure
Ensuring stable IT operations including 1st and 2nd level support for employees
Support of clients, notebooks, smartphones and peripheral devices throughout their entire lifecycle
Participation in digitalisation, automation and infrastructure projects as well as support in network, server and security topics
Collaboration with external IT partners, technical documentation and continuous optimisation of existing processes
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable technical education
Practical experience in IT support, workplace management or IT system operation
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and interest in cloud, infrastructure and network topics
Independent, service-oriented and solution-focused working style with enthusiasm for digitalisation and automation
Very good German skills and good English skills; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
