Job Description

• Strengthen the maturity and effectiveness of the HR function: assess and evolve the existing organisation, develop the expertise of the current teams and deploy structuring HR practices
• Structure the HR fundamentals: consolidate HR governance, formalise and harmonise processes, reinforce talent management systems
• Develop remuneration and talent engagement levers: devise an attractive and distinctive remuneration strategy, implement long-term incentive schemes and deploy solutions aimed at retaining strategic employees
• Manage human challenges related to external growth: support the integration of new entities, ensure continuity of key talents and promote the convergence of cultures and practices within the company and its subsidiaries
• Be a strategic partner to General Management in change management: advise leadership teams on organisational transformation and skills development issues

Profile

• Proven experience in a HR Director role or strategic HR function
• Demonstrated expertise in remuneration policy, long-term incentive schemes and talent retention mechanisms
• Significant experience supporting external growth operations
• Good understanding of governance issues, organisational structuring and professionalisation of HR processes
• Residence in Switzerland
