Project Manager: Joinery
In this key role, you will support the acquisition and implementation of demanding joinery projects. You will secure contracts through quotations, prepare individual offers for architects and private customers, and take on independent calculation and pricing.
You will provide architects and private customers with technically sound advice in the areas of interior and exterior doors, kitchen and carcass production, interior fittings, and fire protection. For private customers, you will develop material, colour, and execution concepts and guide them confidently through the decision-making process.
After contract award, you will take on comprehensive project management including coordination of craftsmen, construction schedules, resource planning, and consistent cost control. Quality, deadlines, and profitability will be your responsibility.
Your Profile
For this demanding key position, you have a solid education and further training in the joinery trade as well as initial experience in project management. Knowledge in calculation and customer consulting would be desirable. You work precisely, structured, and economically, inspire customers with well-thought-out solutions, and think entrepreneurially.
