To lead our Court site, specialised in bar turning and employing around 60 staff, we are looking for an Industrial Site Manager.
Industrial Site Manager (M/F/X) 100%
Your mission:
Reporting to the Division Director, you ensure the management of the site and its operational performance. You unite the teams around demanding quality, deadline, and profitability objectives, in order to increase operational performance while developing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement close to the ground.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Deploy operational excellence methodologies (continuous improvement, Lean, SMED,
visual management), engage teams in their adoption and optimise yields (OEE)
while reducing scrap;
- Define, implement and monitor key performance indicators, analyse variances and
costs, propose budgets and lead necessary action plans;
- Supervise, plan and coordinate manufacturing flows;
- Guarantee the performance, maintenance and technological evolution of equipment;
- Manage, develop and empower workshop teams; support frontline managers, strengthen versatility, develop skills.
Your education and skills:
- Higher technical education ES/HES or equivalent, in a field related to mechanics or industrial production
- Proven experience in managing a site or industrial production unit, with direct responsibility for teams, operational results and change management;
experience in bar turning, mechanics or microtechnology is a significant asset.
- Proficiency with ERP and production monitoring software (MES).
- You unite teams, encourage dialogue and create a climate of trust and fairness through
your listening and clear communication
- Hands-on manager, you set priorities, make decisions in demanding situations
and support teams through change
