HR Manager - 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Job Description
- You will manage the administrative lifecycle of employees, from their entry to their exit (AHV/occupational pension requests, drafting employment contracts/certificates, managing changes, maintaining personnel files)
- You will be responsible for managing social insurances (sickness/accident declarations, time management, handling absences)
- You will provide support to the payroll department
- You will ensure compliance with legal, regulatory provisions and internal directives regarding human resources
Profile Sought
- Holder of a human resources assistant certificate
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within an SME-type structure
- Interest in the personal services sector
- Available quickly for a 6-month assignment
