For our client, we are looking for a:

Sous Chef (m/f/d) 100% (without room hour)

Your tasks:

• Deputy management of the kitchen in close cooperation with the head chef
  
• Co-responsibility for the quality, presentation and taste of all dishes
  
• Leadership, motivation and deployment planning of the kitchen team
  
• Active participation in day-to-day business (mise en place, service, banquet)
  
• Development of new dishes and menu concepts
  
• Control of hygiene, safety and quality standards (HACCP)
  
• Ordering goods, inventory management and cost control
  
• Introduction of new employees and apprentices
  

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent
  
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position or as an experienced chef de partie
  
• Leadership skills, organisational talent and resilience
  
• High quality awareness and passion for fresh products
  
• Creativity, structure and hands-on mentality
  
• Team player with clear communication
  
• Very good German language skills
