What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Clerk Ventilation (m/f/d) who supports the team with technical know-how and organisational skills. In this position, you are responsible for handling customer enquiries in the field of ventilation technology. You prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain close contact with customers and suppliers. Additionally, you assist with the technical design of ventilation systems and components.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training, ideally in the field of ventilation and air conditioning technology

• Professional experience in the ventilation industry or related fields

• Good knowledge of quotation preparation and order processing

• Technical understanding and enjoyment in dealing with customers

• Confident use of MS Office applications

• Structured and independent way of working

• Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
