Project Manager Heating/ Ventilation/ Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Building Services HLKS for demanding projects in technical building equipment. You will independently manage projects in the areas of heating, ventilation and sanitary from the concept and planning phase through to realisation and commissioning. In doing so, you coordinate internal and external project participants and take on the technical site management on site. The position offers a versatile technical environment with challenging building services projects in Eastern Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of HLKS projects from the concept phase through planning and execution to commissioning
Development and evaluation of concepts and technical solutions for heating, ventilation and sanitary systems
Responsibility for project design, execution planning and tendering within the supervised specialist areas
Conducting project and coordination meetings with clients, architects, specialist planners and contractors
Assuming technical site management as well as supervising and controlling installation work on site
Ensuring costs, deadlines and quality throughout all project phases
Technical coordination of trades and handling of interfaces within building services engineering
Preparation and review of tenders, specifications, technical documentation and planning documents
Support for acceptances, functional checks and commissioning of building services systems
Planning and implementation of projects taking into account relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services regulations
Qualifications:
Certified Technician HF Building Services Engineering or FH Engineer specialising in building services engineering or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in project management of heating, ventilation and/or sanitary projects
Sound expertise in HLKS planning, project design and technical site management
Experience in handling projects across several SIA phases
Knowledge of industry-standard CAD/building services planning software
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards, guidelines and Swiss building regulations
