For our team in capacity management of adult psychiatry and psychotherapy, we are looking for a
Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) / Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist (FaGe)

Your Tasks
- Professional reception and processing of patient registrations and referrals from the entire care network
- Planning, coordination, and scheduling of consultation appointments as well as inpatient admissions - including the associated administrative processes
- Written and oral communication with patients as well as internal and external colleagues
- Close collaboration with medical colleagues and nursing professionals in capacity management
- Active participation in the further development and optimisation of our processes
Your Profile
- Completed training as MPA or FaGe (for foreign diplomas: recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross)
- Experience in a comparable role in healthcare is an advantage
- High professional, social, and personal competence, resilience, flexibility, and analytical thinking skills
- Initiative and enjoyment in taking responsibility in a dynamic environment
- Appreciative attitude towards people with mental illnesses and in dealing with different professional groups
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
