System Engineer - ICT Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Consulting and design of suitable network and cloud solutions for customers as well as support in ongoing IT support
Independent planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects at customers - from technical preparation to successful implementation
Execution of hardware rollouts, system updates and migrations at customer sites or remotely
Administration and further development of Microsoft Azure, cloud servers and modern network infrastructures
Planning and conducting customer training as well as creating clear technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed education or training in computer science, ideally specialising in system engineering / ICT infrastructure
Solid practical experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud technologies and network technologies
Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension as well as a structured, precise and independent way of working
Good understanding of IT processes and workflows as well as experience in implementing customer projects
High customer and service orientation, combined with strong communication and consulting skills
