Role:
In this role, you shape a modern, reliable, and secure information and communication environment that all employees rely on daily. You take responsibility for the smooth operation, monitoring, and maintenance of systems and ensure that applications and infrastructures run stably and performantly. You analyse disruptions and security incidents, resolve problems in a structured manner, and initiate optimisations to minimise downtime. Additionally, you plan and implement further developments of the ICT landscape, coordinate changes, and ensure clear documentation. Through your forward-looking approach, you contribute significantly to the efficient functioning and continuous improvement of digital processes.
Responsibilities:
- You operate, install, and support Windows servers, clients, as well as access and identity management
- In this role, you are responsible for vulnerability and patch management for IT and OT systems
- As a system administrator for information and communication technology, you advise on Microsoft cloud, network, virtualisation, and licensing solutions and implement them
- You evaluate new technologies and overall solutions, obtain offers, and assess them
- In this role, you plan, coordinate, and implement internal and external IT projects with a focus on IT security
- You support internal IT and OT users in a solution-oriented manner and work closely with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ideally with a focus on platform development or system technology
- Several years of professional experience in system or application operation or IT support
- Sound knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows client, Windows server, VMware, Fortinet, Cisco, and PowerShell
- Structured, independent, and responsible working style
- Enjoyment of technical challenges and solving complex tasks
- Strong service orientation, networked thinking, and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
