Role:
Do you want to manage a finance department holistically and also make an entrepreneurial impact? In this management position, you take responsibility for finance and controlling, combining operational proximity with forward-looking financial management. You ensure reliable financial statements and meaningful evaluations, develop structures further, and support the company management in important financial decisions.
Responsibilities:
You lead the finance and controlling department both professionally and personally
You are responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
You manage budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning and cash management
You analyse costs, margins, revenues and financial developments
You further develop reporting, key figures as well as cost centre and profit centre accounting
You support the management in financial and entrepreneurial decisions
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or business administration education with further training in finance or controlling
You bring solid experience in finance and accounting as well as leadership
You are familiar with Swiss Code of Obligations financial statements, budgeting, planning and controlling
You are proficient in Excel, MS Office and ERP systems
You communicate very well in German; knowledge of French is an advantage
