Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for a stable, secure and high-performance IT system landscape and ensure the smooth operation of the infrastructure. You plan, install, configure and maintain servers, networks and central services, using proven standards and modern technologies. You analyse faults and performance issues, resolve incidents sustainably and continuously optimise existing systems. You are also responsible for implementing security and backup concepts and ensuring that compliance and availability requirements are met. In exchange with internal stakeholders, you provide expert advice on technical issues and contribute to the future-oriented development of the IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- You administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services as well as the associated security and compliance functions.
- In this role, you manage end devices with Intune and SCCM including software distribution, packaging and patch management.
- As an IT system administration specialist, you manage identity & access management with Entra ID, including MFA, conditional access, SSO and hybrid integration.
- You operate and administer the Windows Server infrastructure (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP) in hybrid environments.
- In this role, you use the Azure services included in E3 such as Azure AD, security defaults and self-service password reset specifically for secure operation.
Qualifications:
- You have training as an IT specialist with further education at HF/FH level or an equivalent professional qualification.
- You have several years of practical experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
- You are well versed in endpoint management with Intune and SCCM as well as in identity & access management with Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Ideally, you already have experience with the security and compliance functions of Microsoft 365.
- It is advantageous if you have gained initial experience in participating in IT projects.
- You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
