The Foundation welcomes and supports children and adolescents benefiting from protection and prevention measures. It has a residential home, a specialised school, as well as outpatient services.

For the boarding school with school located in Echichens, we are looking for a
Deputy Director School Sector 100% Permanent Contract
Your role
As a member of the Management, you actively participate in the steering and development of the Foundation. Your activity is currently mainly devoted to the School sector (approx. 70%), for which you ensure smooth operation by supporting the educational and therapeutic teams.
You work closely with the management of the Boarding sector to guarantee a global and coherent vision of the children’s journey. In an evolving institutional context, your agility and ability to take on new responsibilities are essential.
Your main tasks
- Manage the School sector, its teams, its budget and the quality of its services
- Support and develop the pedagogical-therapeutic coherence and the quality of student projects
- Promote collaboration between School, Boarding, families, networks and partners
- Contribute to the reflections and decisions of the Management
- Manage institutional and interdisciplinary projects and support the evolution of practices and organisation.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in special education or equivalent qualification
- DAS in team management, or willingness to undertake this training quickly
- Excellent knowledge of the Vaud school system and strong team leadership skills
- Ability to unite, work interdisciplinarily and combine strategic and operational issues
- Comfort with digital projects and tools
- Experience in child protection and/or residential support: an asset.
