Our client, a Europe-wide trading company, is looking for reinforcement at the location in the Zurich region as:
Tasks
In this demanding role, you are responsible for the entire order processing, from purchasing to invoicing. You are in daily contact with your customers, handle technical enquiries, prepare quotations, calculate prices and create price lists. Additionally, you maintain customer data, prepare analyses and process sample requests. In order processing, you handle orders, prepare order confirmations and monitor delivery dates. You prepare export documents and communicate with transport service providers. In purchasing, you order from internal suppliers, monitor deadlines and check invoices.
Requirements
To successfully master these diverse tasks, you bring a commercial basic education as well as solid experience in order processing or internal sales (preferably export). You are proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office. Your working style is independent, structured and precise, and you are characterised by flexibility and resilience. You enjoy preliminary and post-calculations as well as price calculations. You communicate confidently in German, Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
