Specialist Planner Building Services Heating/Ventilation (m/f/d)

Salary - CHF85,000 - 100,000

Role:

Actively shape the digital transformation by developing modern cloud architectures and designing innovative platform solutions. In this role, you are responsible for building scalable, secure system landscapes based on current cloud technologies. You analyse complex requirements, develop technical concepts, and coordinate their implementation in agile teams. As an experienced contact person, you bring together specialist departments and development and ensure a sustainable, efficient architecture. Your deep knowledge in cloud infrastructure and your strategic thinking create the foundation for future-proof IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

You independently plan and design heating and ventilation systems for demanding construction projects
In this role, you develop tailored technical concepts in the field of modern building services engineering
You work on varied projects in residential, commercial, and industrial construction
As a specialist planner, you accompany projects through all phases - from the idea to commissioning
You coordinate closely with architects, clients, and other disciplines within the project team
In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you contribute to the successful realisation of technical solutions

Qualifications:

Completed training as a building services planner EFZ specialising in heating or ventilation or an equivalent qualification
You work independently, in a structured manner, and find pragmatic solutions
With your systematic approach, you keep an overview even with complex tasks
You have a strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
Support and exchange within the team are important to you
You are characterised by high motivation and reliability in everyday work
