IT Systems Technician Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Role:
Modern IT infrastructures require individuals who combine stability, security and innovation. We are looking for a committed IT systems technician who manages demanding system landscapes, further develops them and makes a sustainable contribution to digitalisation with technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
Support, monitoring and further development of modern IT infrastructures
Administration of Windows servers as well as hybrid cloud environments
Management of Microsoft 365, Azure and Active Directory
Operation, optimisation and securing of network and security solutions
Analysis and resolution of complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
Planning and implementation of infrastructure, virtualisation and migration projects
Automation of recurring processes with PowerShell and modern management tools
Ensuring high system availability as well as continuous performance optimisation
Collaboration with specialists in the areas of cloud, security and infrastructure
Qualifications:
Experience as an IT systems technician, system engineer or infrastructure specialist
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and virtualisation
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V or comparable platforms
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Intune or hybrid cloud solutions is an advantage
Understanding of networks, firewalls, backup and security concepts
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Enthusiasm for modern technologies, automation and IT security
