ZurichYour Tasks
- You conceive, plan and implement internal and external communication measures.
- You research and editorially prepare content and design and manage content across various channels (Corporate Newsroom).
- You contribute to the development of modern communication strategies and concepts and bring in your own ideas.
- You support the communications management, specialist departments and the executive board with demanding communication tasks.
- You take on tasks in media and public relations, especially around the opening and operation of asylum centres and responding to concerns from civil society.
Your Profile
- Degree from a university of applied sciences in corporate or marketing communications or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience and proven expertise in planning, coordinating and implementing communication measures; experience in media work and corporate newsrooms is an advantage
- Knowledge of public relations in politically influenced contexts as well as handling change processes; ideally also specialised knowledge and professional experience in the areas of asylum, migration, integration or social welfare
- Experience in marketing communications and brand development as well as in setting up an intranet is an advantage
- Holistic thinking with a pronounced entrepreneurial and political understanding
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 93,000 and 116,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
