ERP is not just software for you, but the heart of functioning business processes? Then you can start exactly here: You keep Business Central stable, further develop the application landscape, and bring the business department and IT together. You can expect a varied mix of operations, optimisation, projects, and demanding application management.
Responsibilities:
You keep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other applications running reliably.
You further develop the systems and ensure they keep pace with business requirements.
You analyse requirements together with the business departments and develop suitable solutions.
You ensure that interfaces function reliably and that the systems interact cleanly.
You manage external partners and suppliers and keep an eye on their services and results.
You coordinate incident, change, and release processes and ensure structured operations.
You contribute your know-how to projects, rollouts, and system migrations.
You document solutions, processes, and relevant system information comprehensibly.
You support 2nd and 3rd level support with complex technical and professional issues.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
You know the processes in finance, purchasing, and sales and ideally also have experience with a care solution.
You have already worked in application management and know the requirements for stable application operations.
You think analytically and find structured and pragmatic solutions even for more complex requirements.
You work independently, reliably, and with a strong awareness of quality.
You have very good German language skills.
