ICT System Engineer Security Applications (m/f/d)

Role:
Our client develops and maintains technical security solutions for the protection of people and buildings. In the area of video surveillance and security management, you support internal specialists with technical questions and ensure that the systems used function reliably. You work closely with product management and support, accompany the introduction of new solutions, and prepare technical documentation as well as operational concepts. In addition, you pass on your knowledge in internal training sessions and are an important interface between technology and sales.
Responsibilities:
Technical support for sales as well as consulting technicians, project managers, and other internal stakeholders
Participation in the evaluation and provision of security applications and complementary third-party products
Creation and maintenance of technical system documentation as well as customer-specific operational and service concepts
Close cooperation with product management and 2nd-level support
Analysis of technical issues in the area of video security and security management
Conducting training sessions for internal employees
Qualifications:
Completed ICT apprenticeship EFZ; further training in ICT system technology at HF level or equivalent is an advantage
Solid professional experience in system and client engineering
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft system architecture
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Confident handling of internal and external customers as well as strong communication skills
Proactive, solution-oriented, and mediating personality
Very good German and French skills; good English skills are an advantage
