For the further development of a modern ICT landscape, an experienced individual is sought who combines technical expertise with customer orientation and strategic thinking. The focus is on stable services, modern cloud and hosting environments, and the continuous optimisation of complex infrastructures.
In this role, you will take on a central technical position in demanding infrastructure, cloud, and migration projects. You will develop solution architectures, support operations, and contribute your experience in standards, security, and technological decisions.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable, secure, and customer-oriented operation of complex ICT services, platforms, and infrastructures
Developing technical concepts and solution architectures for server, cloud, hosting, and infrastructure environments
Technical leadership and implementation of demanding infrastructure, cloud, and migration projects
Further development of operating models, architecture standards, backup, recovery, change, and security guidelines
Analysing complex disruptions and optimising performance, monitoring, patching, and recovery processes
Evaluating new technologies and developing recommendations for the further development of the ICT landscape
Qualifications:
Completed education or training in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable technical field
Several years of experience in operating and further developing complex ICT infrastructures, ideally in hosting or managed services environments
Solid knowledge in architecture design for server, network, cloud, and security solutions
Experience in technical leadership of infrastructure, cloud, or transformation projects
Strong communication and consulting skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
Good English skills in spoken and written form and willingness for continuous professional development
