Expert in Finance & Accounting and Controlling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Responsibilities:
- Participation in financial accounting (posting and reconciliation of all accounts in the general and subsidiary ledgers as well as bank accounts)
- Participation in accounts payable & receivable accounting including payment transactions
- Carrying out tax returns
- Participation in cost accounting (cost recording, cost allocations, cost centre accounting)
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER; participation in drafting a transparency report
- Participation in the preparation of the financial plan, budget and corresponding evaluations
- Processing numerical data for management, board, auditors, authorities and international organisations
- Participation in managing foundation accounting, foundation annual financial statements, audits and reporting to supervisory authorities
- Support in updating and complying with the internal control system (ICS)
- Support and coordination with subsidiaries, specialist departments and project managers regarding accounting and financial matters
- Participation in defining and implementing a new ERP system
- Training users of the future ERP solution
- Development and expansion of a controlling system
- Further development of reporting for specialist departments, management and board
- Implementation of controlling and reporting in a BI tool
Qualifications:
- Business administration education (FA or FH) with a focus on finance and accounting or a commercial basic education with further training as a finance and accounting specialist with a federal diploma
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Confident in balance sheet and financial statement preparation according to SWISS GAAP FER
- Confident and experienced in using MS Office, ERP systems and BI tools
- A high degree of reliability, resilience, commitment and sense of responsibility
- A flair for numbers and process optimisation, analytical thinking, quick comprehension and enjoyment of precise, independent and service-oriented work
- Team-oriented attitude as well as strong communication skills in German; knowledge of French or English is a plus
- Project experience in the implementation of ERP systems and BI tools is an advantage
