Your tasks with your new employer

• You develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with organisational objectives, including talent development
• You manage personnel administrative files, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy of information
• You oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees
• You organise and coordinate training sessions aimed at developing team skills and meeting company needs
• You monitor HR and financial reporting and advise management on legal and regulatory risks
• You foster a healthy and stimulating work environment, contributing to employee satisfaction and well-being

You offer your new employer

• You have a higher education in business management, economics, or human resources
• You have at least five years of experience in human resources, in a strategic position
• You are proficient in Swiss labour law, social insurance, and local HR practices
• You are comfortable with office tools, HR software, and possess good analytical skills
• You demonstrate rigour, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal ease in a dynamic environment
