Provision and support of IT workplace devices for employees of the central bodies
Active support of employees with IT queries and problems, both on-site and remotely
Independent handling of specialist tasks in IT workplace management
Participation in and contribution to various projects, sometimes in a leading role
Continuous development of IT services and infrastructure
Qualifications:
You have a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
You have several years of experience in end-user support, both onsite and remote
You have sound knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems (macOS, iPadOS, iOS)
Your German and English skills are flawless both orally and in writing
