Diverse cases, a team that supports you, and space to expand your expertise. With us, you meet people with genuine concerns and find solutions together, balancing law, numbers and personal contact.
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for all questions regarding the military service replacement levy and provide competent and clear advice at the counter, by phone and by email.
- Obliged to pay, exempt or entitled to a refund? You clarify cases such as unassigned persons, service deferrals or medical discharges and apply the legal provisions accordingly.
- From invoicing to instalment payments, reminders and debt collection to seizure and loss certificates, you are primarily responsible for the collection process, handle waiver requests and cooperate with debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices.
- Data, payments and outstanding amounts come together with you. You maintain the details of all liable persons in a specially developed user application Matrix, post business transactions and keep an eye on statutes of limitation.
- You pass on your knowledge. As a practical trainer, you train commercial apprentices and further develop our processes in quality matters and projects.
Your profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship EFZ (or equivalent) and bring professional experience.

- You work independently, precisely and in a structured manner, communicate clearly and convincingly and appreciate teamwork.
- Experience with apprentices in the commercial sector as well as knowledge of the army or tax system are welcome. What is missing, we will teach you.
