- As part of the co-management, you take on the personnel and professional leadership of the Integration Coaching MNA and develop the offer with a future-oriented approach.
- You actively shape the collaboration and division of tasks in the co-management and develop a sustainable, innovative management structure.
- You are responsible for implementing the professional foundations, concepts, and the Integration Agenda (IAZH) and ensure their sustainable anchoring in everyday work.
- You proactively develop structures, processes, and working methods and respond flexibly to new needs and changing conditions.
- You maintain exchange with the commissioning body, authorities, internal and external specialist offices, educational offers, and other stakeholders, ensuring binding and efficient cooperation.
- You lead in a goal- and result-oriented manner according to AOZ's leadership principles, promote and support employees, and are responsible for reporting to commissioning bodies and other stakeholders.
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree (FH/University) in Social Work or a comparable field, additional training in leadership/management, and leadership experience in a similar environment.
- You think in a networked, process-oriented, and conceptual way and bring initiative, enthusiasm for shaping, and innovative strength.
- You are familiar with the educational landscape in the canton of Zurich and the career choice process of young people (experience in advising and supporting young people is an advantage).
- You have a good understanding of the life realities of young refugees as well as developments in the asylum and refugee sector and approach different life situations professionally and appreciatively.
- You communicate confidently, present yourself with poise, and have negotiation skills in dealing with authorities, specialist offices, and other stakeholders.
- You work in a team-oriented and interdisciplinary manner, are resilient and flexible, and are willing to work at different locations and outside office hours.

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 100,000 and 130,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
