Communication Intern

We are looking within the Public Prosecutor's Office Communication Unit for an intern interested in gaining their first professional experience in the field of judicial communication.

In this context, you will actively support the Head of the Communication Unit in carrying out their tasks, including projects mainly in internal communication, and you will manage the tools and distribution channels.

The Public Prosecutor's Office is the criminal prosecution authority for the entire Vaud territory. It therefore directs the preliminary criminal procedure and investigations into offences brought to its attention, when they concern adults. It also represents the prosecution before courts and various judicial bodies.

The Public Prosecutor's Office consists of the Central Public Prosecutor's Office, the 4 district offices, and the Cantonal Public Prosecutor's Office STRADA.

• Produce the daily press review of the Public Prosecutor's Office
• Write and publish news on the intranet site
• Ensure the updating of internet and intranet sites
• Create communication materials
• Provide administrative and logistical support during institutional events (internal review, press conferences, etc.)
• Participate in the development of various internal projects
• Maintain statistics on communication activity, particularly media-related

The internship duration is planned for a period of 6 months.

• Minimum education level: professional maturity certificate
• Currently in training or completed training in communication
• Strong writing skills, excellent spelling, perfect command of common IT tools
• Respect for standards and procedures
• Good emotional control
• Team spirit, rigour, good stress management and sense of public service
• Clean criminal record and free from prosecutions or bankruptcy proceedings
