Your tasks – our position
- You ensure the technical and hierarchical management of purchasing and continuously develop the sector with your team.
- You guarantee a needs-based, economical and sustainable supply of all consumables, capital goods and services necessary for hospital operations.
- You initiate and manage complex purchasing projects, in compliance with public procurement law, and conduct demanding negotiations with suppliers and business partners.
- You develop strategic category management and thus create and implement appropriate purchasing and sourcing strategies.
- You identify savings and optimisation potentials, analyse relevant purchasing data and thus provide the company with solid bases for decision-making.
- You maintain and develop strategic relationships with suppliers, monitor market developments and purchasing practices, and ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Your skills – our expectations
- You hold an initial professional qualification as well as advanced training in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management. You have management experience as well as experience in strategic purchasing and, ideally, solid knowledge of public procurement law.
- You have experience in managing purchasing projects, complex negotiations, and in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- You stand out through strong decision-making and organisational skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method.
- You are a committed, proactive personality with an entrepreneurial spirit. You enjoy actively contributing to the development of purchasing in a constantly evolving environment.
- You have good business management knowledge and are comfortable in preparing and interpreting analyses, evaluations and statistics.
- You are fluent in German or French, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of the other language. You distinguish yourself by excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as negotiation talents.
