IT System Administration and User Support (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
- You independently take over 2nd level support, prioritise requests, follow them up and document the solutions.
- In this role, you support 1st level support, sustainably resolve recurring or complex IT issues and support employees on-site and remotely.
- As an IT system administrator, you administer the virtualised Windows and Linux server environment as well as network components and central IT systems.
- You ensure high availability of systems through maintenance, updates, system care and monitoring, as well as the administration of Microsoft 365 services and cloud applications.
- In this role, you implement information security policies, identify and resolve technical vulnerabilities, carry out patch management and regular restore tests.
- You contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes as well as integration and migration tasks and create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (ideally system technology) or comparable technical vocational training
- Several years of experience in the administration of Windows and Linux server environments as well as in the Microsoft 365 environment (identity and access management, Exchange Online, endpoint management)
- Solid understanding of networks, IT infrastructure, IT security as well as experience in 2nd level support and willingness to work in 1st level support
- Routine in stable and secure operation of IT infrastructures, including patch management, vulnerability remediation, monitoring as well as backup and restore processes
- Strong service and support orientation, combined with an independent, structured and careful working style as well as responsible handling of confidential information
- Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage, combined with a professional appearance and enjoyment of working with various departments and IT teams
