What is my role?
Design of ventilation and air conditioning systems
Calculations and dimensioning
Preparation of system descriptions
Conducting tenders
Technical and spatial coordination with other trades
Work in the HVAC team
Joint coordination of overall HVACSE concepts
Handover of planning to contractors for execution
Site supervision (technology, schedules, costs)
Professional support and assistance from the ventilation/air conditioning department head
Diverse projects:
Areas with offices, administration and catering uses
Education and research campuses
Energy supply systems with local and district heating/cooling
What do I need to be successful?
A completed training as a building services planner specialising in ventilation/air conditioning (HF technician advantageous)
You enjoy designing, calculating and dimensioning ventilation and air conditioning systems
You have basic knowledge of technical standards and guidelines (VKF, SIA, SWKI)
You can independently clarify matters with architects, suppliers and contractors
