Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a reliable professional as Accountant (m/f/d) for an established, diversely positioned Swiss company with various business areas. In this role, you will take on central tasks within finance and accounting and ensure correct and timely bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of financial accounting for all companies
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Reconciliation of general and subsidiary ledgers as well as account clarifications
Preparation of evaluations and reports for internal departments
Processing and reconciliation of value-added tax returns
Participation in the optimisation of financial processes and cross-departmental projects
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in finance and accounting
Several years of professional experience in Swiss accounting
Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and value-added tax
Very good user knowledge of Abacus as well as good MS Office skills
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
