Role:
In this role, you actively shape the IT landscape of the future by transforming complex security challenges into elegant and effective solutions. You work in a well-coordinated, agile environment with a focus on cyber security, connectivity, and platform, deploying modern technologies purposefully. You are responsible for a professional, pragmatic implementation that meets high security requirements. Responsibilities:
You maintain, operate, and further develop existing customer networks in the LAN and WLAN environment
In this role, you maintain, operate, and further develop customer infrastructures in platform technologies such as HCI, servers, server virtualisation, and backup
As a Network & Infrastructure Engineer, you plan, design, and implement network infrastructures based on Cisco and Huawei technologies as well as platform solutions with Nutanix, Huawei, and VEEAM
You take on 1st and 2nd level support tasks analysing and resolving network and platform issues
In this role, you create and maintain technical network, platform, and operational documentation
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the field of computer science.
You have experience operating networks in LAN and WLAN areas and/or operating virtualised platforms.
Ideally, you have basic knowledge of Cisco and/or Huawei network technologies, evidenced by manufacturer certifications.
Optionally, you have basic knowledge of platform technologies such as Nutanix or server virtualisation solutions.
You work with a willingness to learn and flexibility alongside a mentor who supports and promotes your development.
You are characterised by an independent, analytical, and solution-oriented working style as well as good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
You speak fluent German.
